Gap analysis

Current Status: People in Singapore are suffering from Global Warming and the ozone layer is getting depleted and hence, people re getting more warmer and some people who have sensitive skin, get skin cancer of the heat in the atmosphere. The sea level is also rising due to the heat as the ice caps in the poles melt.

Factors:

  • CFC
  • Carbon dioxide
  • Greenhouse gasses
  • Harmful gases produced by factories/ industries
  • Improper disposal of waste.

Desired State: The environment to be clean and green. For us to breathe in clean air and stay healthy. For the Earth to be safe by not having global warming and ozone depletion.

Possible Problem Statements:

  • People using CFC products
  • Not using public transport
  • Wasting electricity
  • littering
  • improper disposal of waste by factories

    Disposing off the wastage coming out of factories into the ocean should be restricted. These kind of pollution can become irreversible at some point if it keeps on happening. It not only puts health of people in danger but also changes the climatic equations go all wrong.
